Handpainted USSR porcelain figure based on old folk tale of the scarlet flower made by Polona factory, in what is now Ukraine. Yellow and blue tones symbolic of Ukrainian flag. This model made for a while I would guess this example c 1960's. Nice quality, stylish piece 21 x 11 x 9 cm
